Terms & Conditions wealth club – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. The standard maximum withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 per day for regular accounts, and may be increased for Wealth Club VIP accounts upon completion of full identity verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal Verification: Wealth Club reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or unusual withdrawal amounts. This is a protective measure for the security of your own account. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or violations of these terms will not be returned.

Wealth Club offers its members a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The general bonus terms for Wealth Club are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit. The bonus value and turnover rate are as stated in the latest promotional terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Turnover Requirement: Bonus funds received cannot be withdrawn directly. You must fulfil the specified turnover requirement (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value) within the promotion's validity period before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Any account suspected of involvement in unauthorised activity will be suspended while an investigation is conducted. wealth club reserves the right to freeze account balances during the investigation and to submit relevant information to Malaysian authorities if required by law.

Wealth Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-user policy.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Wealth Club reserves the right to retain any remaining balance in that account as compensation for losses incurred as a result of the breach. If termination is for reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned upon completion of the verification process, taking into account any bonuses that have not yet met the turnover requirements.

You may close your wealth club account at any time by contacting our support team at support@wealthclub.onl. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with wealth club's standard procedures before the account is fully closed.
